Carlos Valverde is Vice President of the prestigious real estate investment and development firm Silverstein Properties in New York City. He has worked as Construction and Development Manager on several major commercial and residential development projects while at the firm such as the World Trade Center (10M SF mixed-used development), Silver Towers (1,400 unit residential development), and the masterplan for Qianhai International Financial District (5M SF mixed-used development in China). Prior to joining Silverstein Properties, Mr. Valverde worked at Ryall Porter Sheridan Architects where he designed high-end residential homes throughout North America and the Caribbean. Mr. Valverde received his Bachelor and Master of Architecture from the College of Architecture, Design & Construction Management at Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, MA in 2007. He has also received numerous professional certificates in real estate, construction and leadership from New York University and Harvard University.
