Jean Paul Farah Chajin
Jean Paul Farah joined Ritch Mueller in 1994 and became a partner in 2003. Mr. Farah’s practice focuses on banking and finance, project finance, mergers & acquisitions, private equity, capital markets, real estate, and restructuring. He has acted as counsel for leading national and international commercial and development banks and in financings and restructurings for private and public sector entities in the real estate, energy, telecommunications, consumer and housing sector, among others. His mergers and acquisitions practice involves representing private equity firms in their equity and mezzanine investments in Mexico.
He graduated from the School of Law of the Universidad Panamericana (1993) and has a Master of Laws from Columbia University, New York (1997).
